Mmm… Your House Smells SO Good!

“Mmm… your house smells so good!” That’s the first thing people usually say when they walk into my home. I like that. Of course, I want it to smell good and I certainly don’t want it to smell bad! When I was still living at my parent’s house, my mom and I discovered Bath & Body Works Wallflowers. I always had one in my bedroom and my mom had a few throughout the house. Now, in my own house, I have one in the kitchen, dining room, living room, office, bathroom, and bedroom. That’s not even an exaggeration… lol I love them! Before you head to the Bath & Body Works website and spend your entire last paycheck fragrancing every corner of every last room in your home, let’s take a second to discuss.

First of all, the Wallflower is a plug-in and, as a heads up, the scent is going to be stronger than your last type of plug-in. The #1 reason I really like them is because they really work. Overtime, if you notice one of your Wallflowers is not working to its full potential, take it to the B&BW store. They’ve replaced nonfunctioning Wallflowers for my mom and me quite a few times! If you are sensitive to smells due to allergies and such, these may not be for you. Secondly, Bath & Body Works makes the BEST scents for these things. I’d say you have to replace the wallflower refills about every month or so. I usually wait for the refills to go on sale and head over to the mall or the website and stock up on my favorite scents (more on that later). Finally, I love that my house has a smell. Sounds funny, right? But do you remember going to your best friend’s or your aunt’s house as a kid and just breathing it in and thinking, “Wow! Their house smells so good.” It’s like you can never smell your own house, but the moment you walk into someone else’s, you identify the smell immediately. Well, I control the smell at my house and it’s whatever I want it to be.

So, the way it works, is first, you pick your Wallflower plug. They have some super basic ones and some really pretty ones. There are even Wallflower plugs with night lights. Then, you pick your scent refills! I’m going to list some of my favorite scents below:
