One of our favorite new things to do on a Saturday morning is go to brunch together. After a long work week we aren’t quick to jump out of bed for breakfast at 7:30am; we will just head for some brunch with the 11 o’clock crowd.
We ventured off to International Mediterranean Cuisine located on the main strip of Hopwood, PA, just outside of Uniontown. There, they serve All-American classic breakfast and lunch, like pancakes and burgers, but in the evening they serve only Mediterranean dishes. We were both in a breakfast mood so we indulged in home fries, french toast, and eggs. The restaurant is owned by Erin’s mother-in-law, Desirae, and Desirae’s husband, Suat, who is the main chef in in the restaurant. Suat has traveled around the world learning to make cuisine dishes in Paris, Turkey (where he was born and raised), and other surrounding countries. This restaurant is a must-visit if you are ever in the area. One of Erin’s favorite dishes is the Sea Bass with rice and a side salad; their house dressing is delicious. Erin never leaves the restaurant without taking home one of Suat’s specialty appetizers to enjoy throughout the week. Try one of their cold appetizer plates or enjoy a gyro, said to be the best around! You can follow IMC on Instagram and Facebook to keep up with daily specials (Instagram: @InternationalMC55).
We sported our “Babes Who Brunch” shirts today from Magnolia Boutique. If you haven’t noticed, we LOVE Magnolia! They are always having great deals; they even have free shipping and recently announced free returns on all their merchandise! Ashley discovered this store right after Christmas and it didn’t take long for Erin to fall in love with all of their clothing too! See our Insta and Facebook page for more photos of the looks we’ve put together with all of the items we have purchased from Magnolia.
After brunch we came back to our office to work on some new content and we cant wait to share some new things we have been working on! Any suggestions? Leave us a comment below!
