I know, I know. "New Year, New You." You're hitting the gym, you're cutting back on cals. I totally get it. But we all need a little something sweet sometimes, right? I try to keep sweets out of my house. If they're not there, I can't eat them! I've been successful over the last few months at not buying Oreos and junk food.
